Director of Client Relations

Allan is the Director of Client Relations of Pathfind. Allan’s focus is to build lasting and meaningful client relationships for all our service lines. As a skilled “connector” he will also be supporting finance and accounting recruitment. Allan spent 8 years in Alberta’s tumultuous oil and gas business and has expertise knowledge on downsizing and the importance of outplacement services to assist with the humanity of challenging times. Don’t be afraid to ring him up if you have a need for top level outplacement services and coaching. Along with Sandra Gallace, we are here to provide professional direction for your employees at a critical junction of their career.

Allan has extensive working knowledge in the accounting, finance, human resources, procurement, and operations of a business. He has worked in construction, transportation, oil & gas, manufacturing, software & hardware development in addition to retail, distribution, and not for profit. Additionally, as a successful business owner, he has had considerable exposure to different office structures and locations ranging from construction trailers, fabrication shops, and office towers. His creation and management of different hierarchies, cultures, and business methodologies translates to an innate ability to help you with your staffing, outplacement, or coaching needs.

Allan has a passion for all things business. It is often said that he works incredibly well in a tornado. But his true passion is being a great Dad to his two girls Emily and Gracie. You can often see all three of them at live concerts and driving around Edmonton, sightseeing, and listening to music in the car.

Allan holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Executive Management, a Masters Degree in Global Management (MGM), and a Masters Certificate in Professional and Personal Leadership (GC) from Royal Roads University. Additionally, Allan has a Diploma in Business Administration – Major in Accounting from NAIT, a Bachelor of Management Degree for University of Lethbridge, supplemented with a Certified Fraud Examiners Designation (CFE).
