Archana has been in the Human Resources industry for over 25 years working in both the banking and health care sectors. Her experience includes Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Career Coaching and Transition, Mentorship, HR Policies, Position Descriptions, Labour Relations, and Employee Relations.
As a Senior Career Consultant with Pathfind, Archana provides clarity, direction, and positive support to her clients. Archana helps our clients with accountability, identifying areas of growth, learning to overcome obstacles, and how to set the right goals, to enable them to find a career they love.
In addition, she holds both a Finance and Human Resources Management Diploma from NAIT as well as her CPHR Designation and is a certified Career Coach through CPI.
What keeps her busy outside of work? As a born and raised Edmontonian, she is a die-hard Oilers fan and loves to talk Hockey! In addition to spending time with her husband and two teenagers as well as family and friends, she loves meeting new people and making connections. You will also find her spending time in Mexico enjoying the warm weather and sun.
