Paul Mizzi is our Director of Business Development overseeing the BC Okanagan Region. With a distinguished career that includes roles such as HR Business Partner at Canada Post Corporation and Consultant/Advisor at Cando Rail for 37 sites across North America, Paul brings over three decades of comprehensive experience in Human Resources. His background spans senior HR positions in municipal organizations, food processing, building products, and insurance sectors across Eastern and Western provinces.
Paul excels in labour relations, recruitment, disability management, compensation programs, and leveraging technology to attract and retain talent. His extensive board and committee experience, most recently in Parkland County, underscores his commitment to effective governance and community engagement.
Based in the Okanagan BC Area with his wife Victoria, Paul is deeply rooted in the region, where one of his children practices law, another resides in Kamloops BC, and the third lives in the USA.
