Overview and Strengths
Paula Man began her career as a recruiter after completing her education in Human Resources with Grant MacEwan University. As a part of a boutique recruiting firm focused on P&C Insurance, she developed a strong skill set in identifying and evaluating candidates based on technical expertise and cultural fit.
After strategically partnering with Pathfind in 2019, Paula turned her attention to outplacement and began working with participants in a variety of industries. She brings a strong skillset in utilizing technology and social media for a job search, or to self-promote a personal brand.
Through her background as a recruiter, Paula has gained exposure to a wide variety of situations and has developed a sense of urgency when striving to meet tight deadlines. She has a strong focus on educating her participants with skills that will serve them through their current search, as well as throughout the length of their career development.
Paula is a strong believer in continuous learning and development and is currently taking courses in Retirement Options and Transition, using the RSP and LOP tools.
