Throughout her career, Tina has been drawn to helping people. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Tina brings almost a decade of experience in Recruitment and HR expertise to her clients and candidates. Tina has experience recruiting at all levels and knows how to find the right fit for her clients. Tina’s focus has always been customer service and she prides herself on creating a supportive and fit focused experience for clients and candidates.
After spending 7 years with a Big 5 Financial institution, Tina sought a career that lined up with her education, Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Alberta, and personal drive. She was drawn to recruitment after a previous role in management where she thrived at building her own team. Since discovering the recruitment industry, Tina has specialized in contract accounting, permanent accounting as well as executive search recruitment. Tina has also worked in a Human Resources Generalist capacity for an Insurance company in Edmonton and an environmental services company in Saskatoon. These roles have brought her a greater understanding of how the recruitment process fits into the big picture of an organization. The right new hire can add immeasurable value to an organization and Tina has been able to impact this process first hand.
