A Founding Partner of Davies Turpin & Associates (now Pathfind), Ed is still actively involved in the company as an associate and a consultant. Ed had a vision of a firm that is built with a strong value of customer service, responsiveness and individual focus. He specializes in outplacement, executive search, executive coaching services and assessment.
Ed has a broad based business experience that spans both the Private and Public Sectors. Before founding Pathfind, he has held the following positions VP Western Canada, DBM (now LHH Knightsbridge); General Manager, Non-Destructive Inspection Ltd.; VP HR & Director, Hardy Associates 1978 Ltd. (Engineering Consulting); General Manager, Business Innovation Center, (New Business Incubator); Director of Wage and Salary Administration, City of Edmonton; Economist, Alberta Bureau of Statistics. Ed has a strong background in Executive Search and Executive Coaching and Career Transition. He is certified in Harrison Assessments, MBTI, PIAV, DISC and Master Certified in Career Architect. He is also the Past President of the Human Resource Management Association of Edmonton (HRMAE) and continues to support the Human Resources Profession through various channels.
