For over twenty years, Linda has been passionately supporting and growing leaders. Her clients will tell you ‘she talks softly, but carries a big stick’. Linda will hold you accountable to your identified actions and results , always intent on being a catalyst to your success. Linda’s natural conversational approach builds trust and possibility thinking.

Her approach can be summed up in three words, ‘a coach approach’, when coaching one-on-one, group coaching, or mentoring. Her favourite client has shared values, a hunger for growth, looking to be challenged, willing to consider their contribution to any situation, with a strong sense of personal accountability and ready to do the work.

Business Experience

Linda has been igniting the voice of leaders through coaching, consulting and training since 1995. After many years in industry (manufacturing, distribution, recruiting, IT) she founded Creating People People Power and subsequently sold it in December 2015. Linda has worked in seven countries with projects ranging from $2,000 to $2 million….always growing leaders.

Linda is a recognized Professional Certified Coach (International Coach Federation), a Past President of the Edmonton Chapter, and a member of the International Mentoring Association. For ten years she has been coaching leaders from the President to Lead Hands, and in a diverse range of industries including three levels of government, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, oil and gas, construction and utilities. As a Volunteer, she is the Resident Coach for the United Way of the Alberta Capital Region.
