As an Executive Coach with Pathfind, Sheila’s co-active approach serves organizations and individuals to reach their potential and success in their lives.
With Sheila’s vast experience working in organizations and with teams over the past 25 years along with her passion to support her own and others leadership development, she completed a six month coaching certification program with the Coaches Training Institute and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach in March 2017. She has met the requirements and will apply for accreditation within the International Coaching Federation in 2017. She has been actively coaching leaders in a formal coaching capacity for the past two years.
Prior to embracing the coaching profession, Sheila has spent 25 years in risk management roles within regulated public and private companies and public practice; industries include hospitality, financial services, non-profit sector associations and charities, mining, construction and water and power utilities. She has been accountable for the programs for internal audit, enterprise risk management and Canadian public company certification requirements under National Instrument 52-109 (CSOX compliance program). She has been an active volunteer within her profession and the community serving the Institute of Internal Auditors for 14 years in many roles, the United Way in Saskatoon and Sanford Housing Society. Sheila serves as an Executive Coach, Consultant and Director.
